Ingredients:

Vegetable oil, water, Vitamin A supplement, Vitamin D3 supplement, Vitamin E supplement, Thiamine hydrochloride, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Vitamin B12 supplement, d-Pantothenic acid, Niacin supplement, Choline bitartrate.

Directions for Use:

Administer 5 ml on the back of the tongue as soon after birth as possible. Repeat as necessary.
